  • PW GOPAL

    FOUNDER

    PW Gopal founded The Hundred Movement after first encountering human trafficking in his birth country of Sri Lanka. Moved by his experiences, he jumped into action and began exploring what is needed to rescue and restore survivors of sex trafficking in the United States. The Hundred Movement was birthed as a result of his tireless efforts and passion to engage the Christian Church in these aftercare needs. PW served as THM Executive Director from 2016 to 2019 and has served on the Board of Directors for the past 4 years.

    PW is a talented musician and vocalist who has authored 8 studio albums, founded and hosts the investing podcast Blue Collar Money, and owns and operates P’Dub’s Garage in Weaverville, NC. PW and his wife Amanda call the mountains of western North Carolina their home with their two daughters Caroline and Stella.

  • AMANDA GOPAL, LCSW

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Amanda Gopal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in sexual assault, PTSD, and sex trafficking. She received her Masters of Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago and has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years. Amanda is a trained EMDR therapist and is rostered in the state of North Carolina as a Trauma-Focused CBT clinician. Amanda is a national speaker and has provided numerous trainings on sex trafficking dynamics, clinical work with victims, and trauma-informed practices. She is the Executive Director and Lead Counselor for The Hundred Movement.

  • ARLEN MILLNER

    MARKETING COORDINATOR, BOARD VICE CHAIR

    Arlen has been a long-time volunteer with The Hundred Movement and is currently serving as THM’s Marketing Coordinator and Vice Board Chair. Arlen graduated from UNC Asheville with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has her master’s degree in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex. She has a clear passion for human rights issues and has worked in the digital verification unit at the University of Essex where she worked on projects for Amnesty International. Arlen now lives in the Washington D.C. area and currently works as the Executive Assistant of Government Affairs at Americans for Prosperity.

  • CHASE HARDIN

    BOARD TREASURER

    Chase is a Charlotte-area native who earned his B.S. in Psychology at Appalachian State University. Through serving as a YoungLife leader, he was introduced to the Gopals and the mission of The Hundred Movement. Professionally, Chase leads Duke Energy's AMI Operations team which is tasked with maintaining and developing smart meter infrastructure to ensure data is able to be harvested across the grid.

  • RAHEIM ANDREWS

    BOARD MEMBER

    Raheim Andrews is an AMI Operations Technologist II at Duke Energy. He is a strategic leader with over 9 years of customer relations experience with companies such as Top Golf and Duke Energy. Raheim also serves as a youth leader at Boone United Methodist Church where he strives to lead the next generation through discipleship. Raheim earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Systems Management. He is Co-Chair of the Energy Education in Excellence program for the American Association of Blacks in Education and is Co-Chair for community outreach for the Advocates for African Americans (A3) organization.

  • MORGAN BENNETT, LMFT

    THERAPIST

    Morgan Bennett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT). She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication at North Carolina State University and her Master’s Degree in Marriage, Family and Individual Therapy at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Areas of interest and experience include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts or actions, self-harm, relational issues and transitional issues. Morgan’s approach to therapy centers around the belief that every individual has inherent dignity, and is worthy to be seen, heard, and cared for. Every life experience is unique, and often these experiences can carry specific hurts, pains and sorrows. When life feels overwhelmingly challenging and burdensome, counseling can be a wonderful mechanism to assist in times of need. Morgan believes that peace and joy are possible, and that no story is hopeless, because no story is done being written.

  • CARISA HOOKS, LCSW

    THERAPIST

    Carisa Hooks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Marshall, NC. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and her Master's of Social Work from East Tennessee State University. Before becoming a therapist she worked for many years as a special education teacher in public schools and has extensive experience working with kids in the foster care system. Carisa provides equine assisted psychotherapy services and is certified by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International. She creates true connections with her clients by creating safe spaces for sharing emotions and challenges without judgement.

  • IVANA MARIN MUÑOZ

    BILINGUAL CASE MANAGER AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR

    Ivana graduated from Montreat College in 2023 with a major in Psychology and Human Services and a minor in Criminal Justice. She is currently working on her Masters Degree and is finishing her last year of collegiate soccer eligibility at Montreat. Ivana has completed an internship and mentor training at Life 107, one of THM's partner agencies in Asheville, and has a deep passion for working in the anti-trafficking field. Ivana is bilingual in English and Spanish and will be coordinating THM’s outreach services and providing case management services to survivors.
